This neighbourhood was started in 1984. The ages of the buildings in the neighbourhood are 25-30 years. The lot sizes are around 5000-7000 square feet; houses have only one or two levels, with a total living area of 2,000 square feet.
Residential houses rarely have rental suites, so the houses are mostly owner-occupied, less residential tenants live in this neighbourhood. This neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
